Turkey Tuesday: Turkey Tunes

Hubby spends a lot of time in turkey barns, with only the “gobble gobble” of the turkeys to keep him company.  He listens to his Ipod sometimes, and other times, sings to himself.  He came in the other day singing this to the tune of “Walk the Line.”  He does a great Johnny Cash impersonation. :)

I keep a close watch on this flock of mine.

I keep my eyes wide open all the time.

I keep them fed and flush water lines.

Because they’re mine,

I treat them kind.
